I have not received a verification code

If you haven't received a verification code, here are a few things you can try:

1. Check that you've got the latest version of the Keebo app.

2. Make sure you've already registered with Keebo. If you have, you should be able to log in with your 6-digit verification code.

3. If you've registered your account but not received your 6-digit verification code, tap Resend code.

 

If none of these steps work, please get in touch with our support team:

1. Tap the Settings cog in the bottom right corner of the app

2. Scroll down to Support and tap Support centre

3. Send us an email or chat with our support team
