When you order a Keebo card, you need to activate it in the app first. It's rare, but sometimes contactless doesn't activate. If this happens, make a chip and PIN transaction – contactless should then work.
If you've tried then and your contactless still doesn't work, please contact us in the app:
1. Tap the Settings cog in the bottom right corner of the app
2. Scroll down to Support and tap Support centre
3. Send us an email or chat with our support team
