If you've been overcharged or the items you ordered didn't arrive, we can raise a 'chargeback' with Mastercard to get your money back.
This process can take up to 3 months. If you've bought an item costing £100-30,000, you may be able to claim compensation through Section 75.
To start a chargeback or make a Section 75 claim, please contact us in the app:
1. Tap the Settings cog in the bottom right corner of the app
2. Scroll down to Support and tap Support centre
